Miss Universe 2010 top 5. After declaring the top 15 of the original 83 contestants. Everybody's heart beat just keeps pumping even faster as the contestants that were left were down to 5. Among the lucky contestants to be one of the five were chosen randomly and called in order:
1. Miss Mexico
2. Miss Australia
3. Miss Jamaica
4. Miss Ukraine
5. Miss Philippines
