Miss Universe 2010 Winner for Best National Costume goes to Miss Thailand. Fontip Watcharatrakul from Thailand was declared winner for special award in Miss Universe 2010 Best National Costume. The 20 year old beauty was also the winner of the Most Photogenic voting.
